Hello Everyone!

My name is Shannon. I was born the major city of Atlanta, Ga. but I was brought up for most of my years in a small town called Okeechobee which some of you might not know is located in Florida. It's wierd , I even get people who are from Florida that do not even know Okeechobee exist's haha! Anyhow I'm currently finishing up my last year at the college here. When I graduate, I'll have my AA in Journalism and Human Relations.I have had the pleasure of working in the medical feild since 2003,and as mucg as I love helping people, I believe my help is needed in other ways. For the last 2 years I have felt my heart in a whole different direction. I am multifaceted in the arts,and I will soon be enriching my mind in the study of film. My aim is documentaries covering various situations that need more of the publics attention. So in the meantime I am getting some stuff started here. Some of the things I write will be general everyday life coupled with my personal experience. I will also divulge some of my poetry and paintings as well. I am excited about starting this new chapter in my life and hope that you fellow readers will grow to be just as excited to read and view my material....
